Accu1Direct, Inc is a manufacturer of spray machines used in the insulation, acoustic and fireproofing industries. We sell and ship our complete line of machines and accessories both coast to coast and internationally. As we continue to grow, we are seeking a hands-on operations manager to join our team in our Suffield, CT location.

As the operations Manager, you will work closely with our Vice President and Purchasing Manager. You will oversee our production and service teams. We are seeking a self-starter who is comfortable juggling several issues daily.

Location: Suffield, CT 06078.

Your Challenge:

Oversee day-to-day operations of the company, ensuring smooth and efficient functioning.
Develop and implement operational policies and procedures to improve productivity and efficiency.
Schedule and manage a team of employees, providing guidance, training, and support.
Monitor and analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) to identify areas for improvement.

What You Bring:

Strong leadership with the ability to motivate and inspire a team.
Excellent project management skills able to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines.
Proficient in process improvement methodologies to drive operational efficiency.
Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel and Quickbooks.
Familiarity with safety programs.

Education and or Experience

The ideal employee should have the following:

Three to five years' experience in mechanical assembly, mobile service and or related fields.
Two to Four years of supervisory experience.
Business to business service experience.
Understanding of the weatherization industry.
