Operations Manager

• Manage end-to-end operations of solar projects — from planning to commissioning.
• Supervise installation teams, vendors, and contractors to ensure timely project delivery.
• Oversee procurement, logistics, and inventory of solar materials and equipment.
• Develop and implement operational processes and performance metrics.
• Coordinate with engineering, sales, and finance teams to ensure project efficiency.
• Monitor site activities to ensure adherence to safety and quality standards.
• Identify operational bottlenecks and propose process improvements.
• Prepare regular progress and performance reports for management.
• Strong organizational, leadership, and problem-solving skills.
• Proficiency in MS Office and project management tools.
• Excellent communication and team management abilities.
• Knowledge of solar PV systems, installation processes, and electrical safety standards is an advantage.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent, Fresher

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
