We’re looking for an experienced Operations Manager to help take our growing company to the next level. This role is ideal for a hands-on leader with a strong background in the home services industry (HVAC, plumbing, or electrical) who can drive performance, manage budgets, and lead a high-performing team across multiple departments.

What You’ll Do:

• Oversee daily operations across installation, service, and support teams to ensure efficiency, quality, and customer satisfaction.
• Partner with local and regional leadership to develop, manage, and monitor departmental budgets and financial performance, including P&L oversight.
• Analyze operational data to identify opportunities for process improvement and cost savings.
• Help lead and mentor department managers and team members to achieve company goals.
• Collaborate with leadership on strategic planning, staffing, and resource allocation.
• Ensure compliance with safety standards, licensing requirements, and company policies.
• Support hiring, training, and performance management across all departments.
• Track KPIs and develop reporting systems to measure performance and accountability.
• Foster a positive, team-oriented culture focused on excellence and growth.

What You Bring:

• 5+ years of leadership experience in home services (HVAC, plumbing, or electrical).
• Proven success managing operations, budgets, and personnel.
• Strong understanding of field service processes and customer experience best practices.
• Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
• Proficient in operational software and data-driven decision-making.
• Ability to balance strategic thinking with day-to-day execution.
• Valid driver’s license and clean driving record.
