About the Role
We are looking for a highly organized and proactive
Operations Manager
to oversee end-to-end operations of our
catalogue photoshoot studio
. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing the entire production workflow — from receiving samples to ensuring that final images and content are delivered and uploaded as per agreed timelines and quality standards.
Key Responsibilities
Studio Operations & Workflow Management

Oversee the complete studio workflow, from
sample receipt to shoot completion, editing, and final upload
.

Plan and schedule daily and weekly photoshoots to ensure smooth execution.

Allocate daily work across photographers, stylists, editors, and support staff.
-
Track shoot progress to ensure that
all allotted products are completed within the defined TAT
.

Coordinate with image editing and content writing teams for data transfer and task tracking.

Ensure all images and content undergo proper
QC (Quality Check)
before final upload to the portal.

Maintain proper documentation of shoot status, sample movement, and output delivery.
Inventory & Asset Management

Maintain a detailed record of all
studio props, inventory, and samples
.

Ensure that all received products are prepared and ready before the shoot starts.

Manage the
return process
for samples in good condition post-shoot.

Keep track of consumables and equipment, ensuring regular upkeep and readiness.
Team Management

Supervise and guide
studio assistants, stylists, and support staff
to ensure efficient daily operations.

Maintain discipline and productivity across shifts.

Collaborate closely with photographers, editors, and content teams to maintain workflow efficiency.
Quality & Process Control

Monitor each stage of production to ensure adherence to process, brand guidelines, and timelines.

Identify bottlenecks and take proactive measures to ensure seamless execution.

Drive operational improvements to increase throughput and efficiency.
Key Skills & Competencies

Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.

Excellent communication and coordination skills.

Hands-on understanding of catalogue shoots, e-commerce workflows, and studio operations.

Proficiency in Excel, Google Sheets, or project management tools for task tracking.

Ability to work under tight deadlines and manage high-volume production environments.

Attention to detail and commitment to quality.
Qualification & Experience

Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Media Production, or related field.
-
3–6 years
of experience in studio operations, catalogue shoots, or e-commerce content production.

Prior experience managing teams in a studio or production setup is preferred.
