Operations Manager – Forest Travel
Forest Travel (FTA), a leading Virtuoso-member luxury travel agency with 37+ years of excellence, is seeking an Operations Manager to optimize workflows, enhance service standards, and drive profitability across Leisure, Corporate, and Group segments.

Key Responsibilities:

• Audit, document, and improve travel planning workflows.
• Standardize operating procedures across departments.
• Oversee systems optimization (Amadeus, TRES, Concur, HubSpot).
• Track profit margins and identify opportunities to improve revenue.
• Support training, coaching, and operational troubleshooting for Advisors and ICs.
• Liaise across Sales, Air, Finance, and Technology teams to ensure smooth bookings.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Operations, Tourism, or related field.
• 5+ years in travel operations or agency management.
• Strong knowledge of travel systems (GDS, Amadeus, Concur)
• Proven experience in process improvement, audits, and P&L optimization.
• Excellent analytical, leadership, and communication skills.
• Passion for delivering premium travel experiences.
• Spanish and English Proficency

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $55,000.00 - $62,000.00 per year
