The Role
We are seeking a hands-on and proactive Operations Manager with over a decade of experience to become the central hub of our operations. You will be the critical link between our teams, ensuring discipline, quality, and efficiency across all activities. This is not a role for someone who shies away from rolling up their sleeves; you will be instrumental in shaping our operational processes and culture from the ground up.
Key Responsibilities
- Team Leadership & Discipline: Directly handle, mentor, and motivate the team. Foster a disciplined, accountable, and high-performance work environment.
- Daily Operational Oversight: Manage and check all day-to-day activities to ensure smooth workflow, identify bottlenecks, and implement effective solutions.
- Quality Control (QC): Implement and maintain rigorous quality control standards across all processes to ensure our products/services meet the highest benchmarks.
- Cross-Functional Coordination: Serve as the key point of interaction between sales, production, and other departments to align goals and streamline communication.
- Procurement & Supply Chain Management: Oversee and occasionally handle procurement activities, vendor management, and inventory control to ensure timely availability of materials.
- Customer Relationship Management: Act as an escalation point for customers, talking directly with them to understand their issues, devise solutions, and ensure exceptional customer satisfaction.
- Startup Agility: Willingly take on all activities essential for a startup's success, adapting to new challenges and contributing beyond a defined scope.
Who You Are (Qualifications & Experience)
- A minimum of 10+ years of experience in an operations management role, preferably within a startup or high-growth environment.
- A proven leader with experience in handling, building, and mentoring teams.
- A natural problem-solver with a hands-on approach to managing day-to-day activities.
- Strong understanding and practical experience in implementing Quality Control (QC) processes.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with proven experience interacting with sales, production, and customers.
- Experience with procurement and vendor management is essential.

Pay: ₹300,000.00 - ₹480,000.00 per year
