Job Summary:
The Operations Manager will oversee the day-to-day functioning of the EdTech platform, ensuring smooth coordination between departments, efficient execution of administrative and academic operations, and alignment of company processes with business goals. The ideal candidate has a strong background in administration, excellent organizational skills, and experience working in the education or technology sector.
Key Responsibilities:Operational Management
- Oversee day-to-day operations including course scheduling, teacher coordination, and student support.
- Manage logistics for live and recorded classes, webinars, and workshops.
- Ensure smooth functioning of all online learning platforms and tools.
- Maintain process documentation and create standard operating procedures (SOPs).
- Identify bottlenecks and improve workflow efficiency across departments.
Administrative Oversight
- Supervise administrative staff and manage internal communication between departments (sales, marketing, tech, academics).
- Oversee vendor relationships, procurement, and resource allocation.
- Maintain records of enrollments, faculty contracts, and payments.
- Coordinate with HR for recruitment, onboarding, and performance management.
Student & Faculty Coordination
- Act as a liaison between students, faculty, and management.
- Ensure timely communication regarding class schedules, assignments, and student support queries.
- Manage teacher onboarding, contracts, and payroll in coordination with HR and accounts.
Data & Reporting
- Track key operational metrics such as enrollments, attendance, completion rates, and customer satisfaction.
- Generate and analyze reports for management to support decision-making.
- Work with the tech and marketing teams to align operational data with business growth objectives.
Quality Assurance
- Ensure high-quality delivery of courses and services.
- Regularly review feedback from students and faculty to implement improvements.
- Monitor service standards and compliance with company policies.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Education Management, or related field (Master’s preferred).
- 3–6 years of experience in operations or administration, preferably in an EdTech or education setup.
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills with attention to detail.
- Proficiency in MS Excel, Google Workspace, and CRM/ERP tools.
- Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to manage multiple teams and stakeholders.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience with LMS platforms (Moodle, Thinkific, Teachable, etc.) or internal student management systems.
- Familiarity with online education processes — course uploads, scheduling, and student engagement analytics.
- Understanding of digital marketing and sales operations in the EdTech ecosystem.

- Operational efficiency (task turnaround time, issue resolution rate).
- Student satisfaction and retention rates.
- Reduction in process delays and administrative errors.
- Team productivity and coordination efficiency.
