Role Overview:
We’re seeking a hands-on Operations Manager to oversee daily field operations, scheduling, logistics, and quality control. You’ll manage the teams who bring our promise to life — ensuring every home is prepared on time, stocked, and guest-ready.

Key Responsibilities:

• Plan and monitor daily cleaning and maintenance schedules.
• Supervise housekeeping teams, drivers, and quality inspectors.
• Ensure on-time arrivals, proper release procedures, and adherence to SOPs.
• Manage inventory movement (linen, amenities, cleaning materials).
• Oversee checklists, job tracking, and field reports through the company portal.
• Resolve operational bottlenecks — parking, access, timing, etc.
• Coordinate with Customer Service to manage client expectations and emergencies.
• Track performance, attendance, and ensure discipline across the team.

Requirements:

• 3–5 years of operational management experience (preferably in housekeeping, facilities, or holiday homes).
• Strong leadership and time-management skills.
• Familiar with scheduling tools, Excel, and route planning.
• Valid UAE driving license preferred.
• Fluent in English.
