Job Title: Operations Manager

Department: Operations

Reports To: Chief Executive Officer (CEO)

Location: Dubai, UAE

Salary Range: AED 12,000 – 15,000 (depending on experience) + Commission


Job Summary:

The Operations Manager will be responsible for overseeing and coordinating the daily operations of Pearl Coast International General Trading across all departments including Procurement, Sales, Marketing, and Accounts. The role ensures operational efficiency, alignment with company goals, and achievement of business growth targets.


Key Responsibilities:
  • Oversee and manage the performance of all departments: Procurement, Sales, Marketing, and Accounts.
  • Develop and implement operational strategies to optimize productivity and profitability.
  • Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) across departments and report progress to the CEO.
  • Ensure effective collaboration and communication among departments to meet business objectives.
  • Drive business growth through strong sales and marketing initiatives.
  • Supervise procurement activities to ensure cost-effectiveness and timely supply of products.
  • Oversee financial operations in coordination with the Accounts department to ensure compliance and accurate reporting.
  • Identify process improvement opportunities to streamline workflow and reduce operational costs.
  • Support the CEO in planning and executing strategic projects and business development initiatives.
  • Ensure adherence to company policies, regulatory requirements, and quality standards.


Qualifications and Skills:
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field (Master’s preferred).
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in operations or general management, within hospitality.
  • Strong leadership and team management skills.
  • Excellent analytical, organizational, and problem-solving abilities.
  • Effective communication and negotiation skills.
  • Proficiency in MS Office and ERP systems.
  • Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple priorities.


Compensation:
  • Salary: AED 12,000 – 15,000 per month (based on experience)
  • Commission: Performance-based, aligned with sales and profitability targets
