Overview:
At MonArk ABA, we are dedicated to empowering individuals through Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA). We are currently seeking a dependable, proactive, and highly organized Operations Manager to support our operational needs. This position is based in our Findlay East clinic and will involve occasional travel to other MonArk locations.


Job Description:

The Operations Manager plays a key leadership role in ensuring consistent, efficient, and high-quality operations across all clinics and administrative departments. Reporting to the Director of Operations, this position oversees the HR and administrative support teams, helping translate company strategy into smooth daily execution.

This individual is both a hands-on manager and a strategic thinker, responsible for building systems, supporting staff, and driving process improvements that enable growth. The ideal candidate has experience managing people and processes in a fast-growing healthcare or behavioral health organization and takes pride in creating structure, clarity, and accountability.

Key Responsibilities:

Leadership & Team Management

  • Directly supervise the HR Team, Operations Coordinator, and Administrative Assistant.

  • Provide mentorship, coaching, and performance feedback to support team growth and efficiency.
  • Establish clear expectations, workflows, and communication channels across departments.
  • Foster a culture of accountability, collaboration, and operational excellence.


Operational Oversight

  • Oversee all invoice payments to ensure accuracy and timeliness.

  • Monitor recurring patient payments and process credit card authorization transactions.
  • Manage and categorize all expenses; prepare monthly reports for the bookkeeper.
  • Review and approve daily Huntington Bank transactions.
  • Monitor and report on key operational metrics to the Director of Operations.
  • Submit weekly and monthly deposits to the billing company. Verify and ensure accuracy of the monthly invoice.


Human Resources & Compliance Support

  • Provide oversight and support to HR on payroll, benefits, employee relations matters.

  • Ensure compliance with employment laws, internal policies, and accreditation standards.
  • Partner with HR on staffing and recruitment plans, employee engagement, and retention initiatives.
  • Support the rollout of HR or compliance-related training across clinics.


Project & Systems Management

  • Lead or coordinate company-wide projects related to operational efficiency and process standardization.

  • Develop and maintain documentation, templates, and SOPs for workflows that pertain to operations and Human Resources.
  • Partner with leadership on strategic initiatives supporting growth, expansion, or quality improvement.


Collaboration & Communication

  • Serve as a key liaison between the Director of Operations, administrative teams, and clinic leadership.

  • Communicate organizational priorities and ensure alignment across your direct reports.
  • Prepare regular reports and updates for the Director and VP of Operations.


Schedule & Travel:

Your general working hours will be 8:30 AM to 5:00 PM, Monday through Friday. Hours may vary depending on the clinic's needs. Periodic travel to other MonArk ABA locations is required; mileage reimbursement is provided for approved travel.

Compensation & Benefits:

  • Annual Salary: $68,000–$75,000 per year

  • Paid Time Off: 15 paid days annually, accrued per payroll period
  • Unpaid Time Off: 10 unpaid days per worked year

Requirements & Skills

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, or related field required.

  • 4–6 years of experience in operations or administrative management, preferably within healthcare or ABA therapy.
  • Proven experience leading teams and managing multiple concurrent priorities.
  • Strong understanding of HR processes, compliance, and multi-site operations.
  • Excellent organizational, analytical, and communication skills.
  • Comfortable implementing new systems and driving process improvement.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, evolving environment.


Preferred Skills

  • Experience in ABA, behavioral health, or healthcare administration.

  • Project management experience.
  • Strong proficiency with Google Workspace.
