Key Responsibilities:

• Develop strategies to optimize stock levels, minimize waste, and ensure accurate inventory tracking.
• Foster strong vendor and farmer relationships, negotiate contracts, and ensure compliance.
• Oversee transportation, warehousing, and deliveries for timely, cost-effective operations.
• Develop strategies to minimize shrinkage and maintain inventory accuracy.
• Analyze and optimize supply chain costs, including transportation and vendor expenses.
• Enhance supply chain processes for greater efficiency and customer satisfaction.
• Lead and develop a skilled logistics and inventory team.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in supply chain management, Logistics, or a related field.
• Minimum of 2 years of experience in supply chain management or a related field (flexible for exceptional candidates with relevant skills).
• Proficiency in inventory management software and Microsoft Office.

• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
