Key Responsibilities:
- Develop strategies to optimize stock levels, minimize waste, and ensure accurate inventory tracking.
- Foster strong vendor and farmer relationships, negotiate contracts, and ensure compliance.
- Oversee transportation, warehousing, and deliveries for timely, cost-effective operations.
- Develop strategies to minimize shrinkage and maintain inventory accuracy.
- Analyze and optimize supply chain costs, including transportation and vendor expenses.
- Enhance supply chain processes for greater efficiency and customer satisfaction.
- Lead and develop a skilled logistics and inventory team.

Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in supply chain management, Logistics, or a related field.
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in supply chain management or a related field (flexible for exceptional candidates with relevant skills).
- Proficiency in inventory management software and Microsoft Office.
