Your Role:
You’ll oversee the daily flow of operations—managing staff, schedules, logistics, and service quality across multiple locations. You’ll ensure that every property under Neatly’s care is cleaned, prepared, and released to our 5-star standards.
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee day-to-day field operations, ensuring all jobs are completed on time and at premium quality.
- Supervise cleaning teams, drivers, and coordinators; handle daily briefings and shift scheduling.
- Coordinate with the Quality Control, Inventory, and Customer Service departments for seamless workflow.
- Manage booking allocations, late check-outs, and emergency dispatches efficiently.
- Monitor attendance, productivity, and operational KPIs (timeliness, quality, client satisfaction).
- Track inventory usage, liaise with vendors and laundry partners, and ensure zero shortages.
- Support hiring, onboarding, and training of field staff.
- Generate daily/weekly operational reports and recommend process improvements.
Requirements:
- Minimum 3 years’ experience in housekeeping, hospitality, or facilities operations (preferably in UAE).
- Strong leadership, planning, and communication skills.
- Hands-on, proactive, and solution-oriented mindset.
- Comfortable using digital tools (Google Sheets, Glide, or similar apps).
- Valid UAE driving license is a plus.
