Operations Manager

Job Summary:

We're seeking an experienced Operations Manager to oversee our operations and transportation activities. The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring smooth operations, managing logistics, and optimizing transportation processes. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in operations and transportation management, excellent problem-solving skills, and the ability to lead a team.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Oversee daily operations, including logistics, supply chain, and transportation.

2. Manage and optimize transportation fleet, routes, and schedules.

3. Ensure compliance with regulations, safety standards, and company policies.

4. Analyze data and implement process improvements.

5. Lead and develop a team of operations and transportation staff.

6. Collaborate with other departments to ensure alignment and efficient operations.

Requirements:

1. Bachelor's degree in Operations, Logistics, Supply Chain, or related field.

2. Minimum 5 years of experience in operations and transportation management.

3. Strong knowledge of transportation regulations and safety standards.

4. Excellent problem-solving, analytical, and leadership skills.

5. Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

6. Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

Pay: ₹35,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
