Role Overview
We are looking for a highly driven B2C Operations Manager to lead and streamline day-to-day ecommerce operations. The role involves ensuring smooth order flow, coordinating with the warehouse, optimizing processes, and driving efficiency across the end-to-end B2C supply chain. The candidate must have strong operational understanding, hands-on warehouse coordination experience, and proficiency in Excel (VLOOKUP, Pivot Tables, MIS reporting).
Key Responsibilities
1. Order & Dispatch Management
- Oversee complete B2C order lifecycle from order receipt to dispatch.
- Ensure timely picking, packing, manifest creation, and daily order closure.
- Monitor dispatch SLAs and take corrective actions for delays.
2. Warehouse Coordination
- Act as the primary point of contact for warehouse teams for stock, inventory, and order execution.
- Coordinate inwarding, GRN, putaway, stock counts, and storage planning.
- Resolve daily operational issues and ensure warehouse productivity KPIs are met.
3. Inventory Management
- Track stock levels, replenishment requirements, and fast/slow-moving SKUs.
- Reduce stock discrepancies through frequent cycle counts and reconciliations.
- Coordinate RTV, damaged stock, and replacements.
4. Marketplace & Platform Operations
- Work closely with catalog, pricing, and customer service teams to ensure smooth go-live of products.
- Monitor platform order flow, cancellations, RTO%, and maintain healthy operational metrics.
5. Process Improvement & Ops Efficiency
- Identify bottlenecks and design SOPs to enhance speed and accuracy.
- Improve pick/pack efficiency and dispatch accuracy through data-driven analysis.
- Ensure 100% operational compliance across all ecommerce platforms.
6. Reporting & Data Analysis
- Prepare daily/weekly/monthly operational MIS (orders, SLAs, delays, inventory health).
- Use VLOOKUP, Pivot Tables, and Excel-based dashboards for decision making.
- Monitor courier performance and escalate service issues.
Required Skills & Competencies
Technical Skills
- Strong understanding of Ecommerce B2C operations.
- Expertise in warehouse coordination & ground-level operations.
- Proficient in Excel (VLOOKUP, Pivot, basic formulas).
- Knowledge of OMS/WMS systems preferred.
- Understanding of logistics, RTO, delivery SLAs, and dispatch processes.
Soft Skills
- Strong team management & stakeholder coordination.
- Analytical thinker with problem-solving ability.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced ecommerce environment.
- Detail-oriented with strong follow-up and execution skills.
Qualifications
- Graduate or Postgraduate in any field (Operations preferred).
- Minimum 6+ years of experience in ecommerce operations (B2C).
Prior experience in warehouse operations is mandatory
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: ₹60,000.00 - ₹75,000.00 per month
