Operations Manager

Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly organized and results-driven Operations Manager to oversee the daily operations of our car rental business. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in fleet management, customer service, and team leadership. You will be responsible for ensuring smooth, efficient, and profitable operations across all branches.

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee day-to-day operations of rental branches, including fleet utilization, staff scheduling, and customer service.
• Manage the rental fleet: availability, maintenance, repairs, cleanliness, and documentation.
• Ensure adherence to company policies, rental procedures, and legal compliance.
• Monitor and improve KPIs such as vehicle turnaround time, revenue per vehicle, and customer satisfaction.
• Coordinate with the maintenance department to ensure vehicle safety and timely servicing.
• Supervise, train, and support branch staff, drivers, and service agents.
• Handle escalated customer issues and complaints professionally and effectively.
• Optimize vehicle distribution across branches based on demand.
• Maintain relationships with vendors, insurance companies, and government authorities.
• Prepare regular reports on operational performance, fleet status, and budget adherence.
• Implement strategies to improve efficiency, reduce costs, and enhance service quality.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, or related field (preferred).
• 2–3 years of experience in operations management, preferably in the car rental, transportation, or automotive sector.
• Strong leadership and organizational skills.
• Knowledge of fleet management systems and rental software.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to multitask and work under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
• Valid driver’s license required.

Preferred Skills:

• Experience in logistics or automotive services.
• Familiarity with industry regulations and vehicle registration procedures.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and fleet management tools.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: AED3,500.00 - AED4,500.00 per month
