Job Description:
We are looking for two proactive, reliable, and organized Operations Managers to join our construction project in Thrissur. The ideal candidates should demonstrate excellent management skills, attention to detail, and strong communication abilities.

Position 1: Operations Manager (with Computer Skills)

• Must be proficient in computer basics (Excel/Google Sheets, email, file management)
• Responsible for preparing and maintaining spends and income charts on the computer
• Will meet and coordinate with vendors as and when required
• Prepare periodic reports and assist with purchase documentation

Position 2: Operations Manager (Site Supervisor)

• Oversee day-to-day operations across the construction site
• Coordinate, and supervise the entire workflow and workforce
• Meet with and coordinate regularly with vendors and workers to ensure timely progress and quality control
• Address site issues and facilitate smooth work execution

Common Requirements for Both Roles:

• Good communication and leadership abilities
• Knowledge of construction processes, resource management, and safety standards
• Ability to handle vendors, workers, and coordinate logistics
• Should be able to drive 2 or 4 wheeler

Preferred:

• Local candidates from or near Thrissur
• 0-1 years experience in construction project management/operations or similar supervisory roles
