We are seeking an experienced Operations Manager to oversee and coordinate the daily operations of our construction projects, ensuring timely completion, cost control, and quality compliance. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in construction management, leadership experience, and the ability to streamline operations across multiple high-rise and commercial projects

  • Oversee and manage day-to-day construction operations across multiple project sites.
  • Coordinate between project managers, engineers, procurement, and finance teams to ensure smooth workflow.
  • Develop and implement operational strategies to improve efficiency and project delivery.
  • Review project progress, budgets, and schedules to ensure targets are met.
  • Ensure compliance with health, safety, and quality standards across all operations.
  • Manage manpower allocation and resource planning.
  • Support tendering and project planning by providing operational insights.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee and manage day-to-day construction operations across multiple project sites.

  • Review project progress, budgets, and schedules to ensure targets are met.
  • Ensure compliance with health, safety, and quality standards across all operations.
  • Manage manpower allocation and resource planning.
  • Support tendering and project planning by providing operational insights.
  • Prepare reports and present updates to senior management.
  • Build and maintain relationships with clients, subcontractors, and suppliers.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field.
  • Experience in construction operations, preferably with high-rise or large-scale projects.
  • Proven leadership and team management skills.
  • Strong understanding of construction methods, project scheduling, and cost control.
  • Excellent communication and coordination abilities.
