Operations and Follow-up Services Manager
. We are looking for a leader with strong operational expertise, capable of developing performance, enhancing service quality, and ensuring effective execution of operations .
Key Responsibilities:

Supervise daily operations and ensure smooth and efficient workflow.

Develop operational plans and enhance procedures and operational policies.

Manage work teams, assign tasks, and monitor performance continuously.

Follow up on projects and operations and address operational challenges.

Prepare periodic reports and provide recommendations to senior management.

Coordinate with various departments to enhance the quality of follow-up and operational services.

Monitor and improve KPIs (Key Performance Indicators).
Qualifications & Requirements:

Bachelor’s degree in
Management, Public Administration
, or any related field.

Minimum of
7 years of experience
in management and follow-up.

Preference
for candidates with experience in the
Information Technology sector

Experience working in
hospitals or the healthcare sector
in general.

Strong skills in planning, analysis, and project management.
