We seeking to attract distinguished professional talents to join our team. We are pleased to announce a job vacancy for the position of Operations and Follow-up Services Manager . We are looking for a leader with strong operational expertise, capable of developing performance, enhancing service quality, and ensuring effective execution of operations .


Key Responsibilities:

  • Supervise daily operations and ensure smooth and efficient workflow.
  • Develop operational plans and enhance procedures and operational policies.
  • Manage work teams, assign tasks, and monitor performance continuously.
  • Follow up on projects and operations and address operational challenges.
  • Prepare periodic reports and provide recommendations to senior management.
  • Coordinate with various departments to enhance the quality of follow-up and operational services.
  • Monitor and improve KPIs (Key Performance Indicators).

Qualifications & Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Management, Public Administration , or any related field.
  • Minimum of 7 years of experience in management and follow-up.
  • Preference for candidates with experience in the Information Technology sector .
  • Experience working in hospitals or the healthcare sector in general.
  • Strong skills in planning, analysis, and project management.
  • Ability to work under pressure and make effective decisions.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and operational management systems.
  • Excellent communication skills and the ability to work with various internal and external stakeholders.
