About Us:
Jewellery Bride Arabia is a luxury jewellery exhibition hosted at the iconic Dubai World Trade Centre. We are seeking an experienced Operations Manager to oversee all event logistics and ensure seamless execution.
Key Responsibilities:
- Plan and manage all operational aspects of the exhibition, including venue setup, logistics, and vendor coordination.
- Liaise with Dubai World Trade Centre, contractors, suppliers, and service providers.
- Ensure health, safety, and compliance standards are met throughout the exhibition.
- Manage exhibitor requirements and provide on-site support.
- Create and monitor project timelines, budgets, and operational workflows.
- Resolve challenges quickly to ensure smooth delivery of the event.
- Work closely with sales and marketing teams to ensure exhibitor and visitor satisfaction.
Requirements:
- 5+ years of experience in operations/project management (exhibitions, events, or conferences).
- Strong knowledge of event logistics and vendor management in the UAE.
- Excellent organizational and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to manage budgets, contracts, and timelines effectively.
- Strong communication and leadership skills.
- Fluency in English; Arabic is a plus.
