About Us:
Jewellery Bride Arabia is a luxury jewellery exhibition hosted at the iconic Dubai World Trade Centre. We are seeking an experienced Operations Manager to oversee all event logistics and ensure seamless execution.

Key Responsibilities:

• Plan and manage all operational aspects of the exhibition, including venue setup, logistics, and vendor coordination.
• Liaise with Dubai World Trade Centre, contractors, suppliers, and service providers.
• Ensure health, safety, and compliance standards are met throughout the exhibition.
• Manage exhibitor requirements and provide on-site support.
• Create and monitor project timelines, budgets, and operational workflows.
• Resolve challenges quickly to ensure smooth delivery of the event.
• Work closely with sales and marketing teams to ensure exhibitor and visitor satisfaction.

Requirements:

• 5+ years of experience in operations/project management (exhibitions, events, or conferences).
• Strong knowledge of event logistics and vendor management in the UAE.
• Excellent organizational and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to manage budgets, contracts, and timelines effectively.
• Strong communication and leadership skills.
• Fluency in English; Arabic is a plus.
