Events Scope -
Provides management and operational coverage at corporate and QAW events
Leads and executes events to include:
Marquee and seasonal celebrations
Corporate functions o Team buildings
Static installations
Interactive guest activities
Other events promoted by the company.
Works within the existing brand and company guidelines while providing creative input into the overall development of events
Develops event operational guidelines for the facility as a whole and leads event operations
Provides strategic feedback on all aspects of event development, installation, operation and derig to enhance future offerings
Ability to develop and lead the execution of corporate and family events within a specific set of logistical criteria; report creation and distribution; schedules creation and execution; development of event materials
General -
Promotes and develops positive and efficient working relationships with vendors, Sinyar, Palace Guard and other internal stakeholders
Proficiency in written English and spoken English
Ensure that all SOPs are followed
Perform Duty Manager shifts as needed by the business
Perform all other duties as directed by management
