Key Responsibilities

• Oversee day-to-day bakery operations, including production, quality, and dispatch.
• Ensure consistent product quality and adherence to hygiene & safety standards.
• Manage staff scheduling, performance, and training.
• Coordinate with procurement for raw materials, stock control, and inventory.
• Improve operational efficiency and reduce wastage.
• Monitor equipment maintenance and ensure smooth functioning.
• Implement SOPs and maintain records for audits.
• Work closely with sales, production, and management teams to meet business goals.
• Handle customer feedback and resolve operational issues promptly.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree or diploma in Business, Operations, or related field.
• Minimum 3–5 years experience in operations management, preferably in a bakery, café, or food production environment.
• Strong leadership, communication, and people management skills.
• Good understanding of food hygiene, safety regulations, and quality control.
• Ability to multitask, solve problems, and work under pressure.
• Knowledge of supply chain, inventory, and production planning.
