Role Summary
Responsible for overseeing daily operations, improving processes, managing
cross-functional teams, and ensuring timely delivery of projects and services. The role
drives operational efficiency, quality, and coordination across production, deployment,
supply chain, and customer operations.
Key Responsibilities
● Lead day-to-day operations and ensure alignment with sales and business targets.
● Develop SOPs, streamline workflows, and drive process improvements.
● Monitor KPIs and operational dashboards; identify and resolve bottlenecks.
● Manage and mentor teams across production, quality, Purchase and logistics
● Coordinate closely with Sales, Engineering, Finance, and Deployment and Support for
smooth execution.
● Oversee project timelines, resource planning, and customer deliverables as per the
monthly sales forecast.
● Manage supply chain activities: procurement, inventory planning, vendor coordination.
● Ensure compliance with quality standards /ISO 9001 standard and implement
corrective actions (CAPA).
● Optimize operational costs
● Handle escalations and ensure high customer satisfaction.
Qualifications
● Bachelor’s degree in Engineering/Operations/Supply Chain or related field.
● 7–8 years of experience in operations or related functions.
● Strong leadership, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
● Experience with ERP/Zoho, data reporting, and workflow tools.
● Ability to work cross-functionally and manage pressure effectively.

Pay: ₹700,000.00 - ₹800,000.00 per year
