About the Role

We are looking for a highly organized and proactive Operations Manager to oversee and streamline the daily operations of our trading company. The ideal candidate will ensure smooth workflow across departments, enhance efficiency, and support business growth through effective operational strategies.

Key Responsibilities

# Oversee day-to-day operations, ensuring all trading activities run smoothly and efficiently.

# Coordinate with procurement, sales, logistics, warehouse, and finance teams.

# Manage inventory levels, stock movements, and ensure accurate documentation.

# Improve operational systems, processes, and best practices to enhance productivity.

# Monitor order processing, delivery timelines, and customer satisfaction.

# Identify operational issues and implement timely solutions.

# Manage vendor and supplier relationships to ensure timely availability of goods.

# Prepare daily/weekly/monthly operational reports for management review.

# Ensure compliance with company policies, safety standards, and regulatory requirements.

# Lead and supervise operational staff, providing guidance, training, and performance monitoring.

Required Skills & Qualifications

# Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, or related field.

# 3–5 years of experience in operations management, preferably in trading/retail/distribution.

# Strong understanding of supply chain, inventory, and logistics operations.

# Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills.

# Ability to multitask and work under pressure in a fast-paced environment.

# Proficiency in MS Office and ERP tools.
