Operations Manager

Job Title: Operations Manager – Pharma Warehouse (3PL)

Location: Icchapore, Surat
Budget: ₹10–12 LPA

About the Role:

We are looking for an Operations Manager to independently handle our pharma 3PL warehouse operations at Icchapore. The candidate must have strong experience in pharma warehousing, compliance, and day-to-day warehouse management.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage daily operations of the pharma warehouse with full ownership of inbound, outbound, and inventory control.
• Ensure strict adherence to GDP/GMP, quality standards, and regulatory compliance.
• Implement and maintain SOPs, safety guidelines, and documentation.
• Coordinate with clients, transporters, and internal teams for smooth 3PL operations.
• Monitor manpower, productivity, and overall warehouse performance.
• Handle audits, temperature-controlled storage, and maintain stock accuracy.
• Drive process improvements and operational efficiency.

Requirements:

• 3–5 years of hands-on experience managing pharma warehouse operations, preferably in a 3PL environment.
• Strong knowledge of FEFO, batch/lot management, GDP/GMP, and pharma storage norms.
• Ability to manage teams and independently handle warehouse activities.
• Good understanding of WMS, MIS, and operational reporting.
• Strong communication and coordination skills.

Education:

Graduate/Postgraduate in any discipline. Supply chain/warehouse certifications preferred.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹1,000,000.00 - ₹1,200,000.00 per year
