Role Overview

As Operations Manager, you will be the driving force behind the seamless daily operations of our restaurant and coffee program. You will oversee staff performance, ensure service standards are consistently met, and implement operational strategies that enhance efficiency, profitability, and customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead and manage daily restaurant and café operations
  • Supervise, train, and motivate staff to deliver premium service
  • Ensure compliance with health, safety, and hygiene standards
  • Monitor inventory, supply chain, and vendor relationships
  • Drive operational efficiency and cost control measures
  • Collaborate with management on strategic initiatives and growth plans
  • Maintain high standards of customer experience and brand consistency

Qualifications

  • Proven experience (5+ years) in operations management within hospitality, F&B, or specialty coffee
  • Strong leadership and team management skills
  • Excellent organizational and problem-solving abilities
  • Knowledge of specialty coffee culture and restaurant best practices
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, premium service environment
  • Fluency in English required; Arabic is a plus
