OPERATIONS MANAGER

Wyser is the international company within Gi Group Holding in charge of searching for and selecting specialized middle and senior management.

We are looking for an Operations Manager to our client, a leading multinational organization operating in the manufacturing industry, located in Çorlu.

The Operations Manager will be responsible for leading, coordinating, and optimizing all operational functions, including Production, Engineering, Planning, Maintenance, and EHS. This role ensures high performance across Safety, Quality, Delivery, Cost, and People (SQDCP) standards while driving operational strategies, flawless execution, and continuous improvement initiatives.

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee and optimize all operational functions, including Production, Engineering, Planning, Maintenance, and EHS, while ensuring achievement of KPIs such as OEE, productivity, and delivery accuracy.
• Drive strategic initiatives including capacity planning, plant layout optimization, automation, and annual budgeting.
• Lead and develop a multidisciplinary team, fostering a culture of accountability, teamwork, and continuous improvement.
• Ensure compliance with quality standards, customer requirements, and safety regulations while promoting proactive EHS measures.
• Collaborate with cross-functional departments (Finance, HR, Procurement, Quality) to ensure seamless operations and represent the plant in audits and leadership meetings.
• Implement Lean Manufacturing tools to enhance processes, reduce costs, and improve efficiency.
• (Preferred) Manage operations in unionized environments and collaborate effectively with shop-floor labor representatives.
  
  

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Industrial, Mechanical, Manufacturing Engineering, or related fields (Master’s degree is an advantage).
• Minimum 12 years of industrial operations experience, including 5+ years in senior operations or production management roles.
• Experience in international or corporate organizations with structured processes.
• Proven track record in managing large-scale operations (>200 employees) across multiple shifts.
• Preferably experienced in refrigeration, HVAC, white goods, or metal fabrication industries.
• Experience in unionized workplaces is highly preferred.
• Strong knowledge of Lean Manufacturing, TPM, Six Sigma, and OEE management.
• Proficiency in ERP/MES systems and data analytics.
• Advanced written and spoken English – mandatory for daily communication within multinational teams.
• Strategic thinker with hands-on leadership and strong execution capabilities.
• Excellent communication, cross-functional collaboration, and change management skills.
