We are looking for an Operations Manager to oversee the complete student application workflow, ensure smooth coordination across teams, manage process updates, and maintain high-quality documentation. The role also involves supervising Business Development Managers (BDMs) and ensuring alignment with company targets and operational standards.
Key Responsibilities :
- Manage end-to-end student process: enquiry to visa stage.
- Track applications, deadlines, and ensure timely case movement.
- Share intake updates, program changes, and policy revisions with teams.
- Maintain CRM, MIS reports, and ensure data accuracy.
- Liaise with universities for updates, clarifications, and requirements.
- Support counsellors/admissions teams with updated guidelines.
- Review case files for accuracy and compliance.
- Monitor intake calendars and send deadline reminders.
- Oversee BDM daily activities, leads, conversions, and performance.
- Provide BDMs with updated program lists, brochures, and market insights.
- Implement process improvements to enhance operational efficiency.
- Ensure strong communication flow between internal teams and external partners.
Skills & Requirements :
- Strong experience in operations, preferably in overseas education.
- Excellent coordination, communication, and documentation skills.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks with accuracy and timelines.
- Knowledge of CRM tools, MIS reporting, and process management.
- Leadership capability to guide internal teams and BDMs.
Education & Experience
- MBA is mandatory (preferably in Business Administration, Management, or a related field).
- Bachelor’s degree in any discipline is required.
- 1 to 4 years of experience in operations, preferably within the overseas education or related service sector.
- Additional certifications in Operations, Project Management, or CRM tools will be an added advantage.
