Job Description:

The Director of Operations (مدير تشغيل) plays a pivotal role in driving the operational excellence of the organization through effective leadership and strategic oversight. This mid-career position requires a seasoned professional with a minimum of 8 to 10 years of progressive experience in operations and project management, including at least 3 years in a supervisory or leadership role. The successful candidate will lead and manage daily project operations, ensuring alignment with operational targets and key performance indicators (KPIs). They will supervise field, electronic, and administrative teams to ensure high-quality reporting and compliance with regulatory visits. Furthermore, the Director will facilitate continuous coordination with clients, addressing feedback and recommendations, while preparing comprehensive operational reports for upper management that include performance analysis and improvement suggestions. The role demands a proactive approach in implementing corrective actions and best operational practices to guarantee efficiency and sustainability across the organization.

Job Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Quality Management, Public Administration, Industrial Engineering, or a related field in operations or project management.
  • A minimum of 8 to 10 years of experience in operational management or project management, with at least 3 years in a supervisory or leadership capacity (e.g., Operations Manager, Project Manager, Field Operations Manager).
  • Demonstrated ability to lead and manage daily operational processes to achieve strategic objectives in line with agreed performance indicators.
  • Proven experience in supervising field, electronic, and administrative teams with a focus on report quality and regulatory compliance.
  • Strong coordination skills with the ability to maintain effective communication with clients and address their observations and recommendations.
  • Skills in preparing detailed operational reports, including performance analysis and actionable improvement recommendations for upper management.
  • Solid understanding of corrective action implementation and the application of best operational practices to ensure organizational efficiency and sustainability.
  • Preferred experience in operational service companies or government projects.
  • High-level skills in managing field teams, electronic oversight, and operational planning.
  • Proficiency in performance management systems and tracking dashboards.
  • Strong communication and leadership skills with a swift decision-making capability.

Job Responsibilities:

  • Lead daily and strategic planning for project operations to ensure successful execution and adherence to KPIs.
  • Supervise and mentor field, electronic, and administrative teams, ensuring quality reports and compliance with regulatory responses.
  • Establish and enhance communication channels with clients to diligently follow up on feedback and recommendations.
  • Prepare and present periodic operational reports to upper management, highlighting performance trends and proposing actionable improvement measures.
  • Monitor the implementation of corrective actions and interface with management to advocate best practices aimed at operational efficiency.
  • Develop and revise daily, weekly, and monthly work plans for the project, ensuring alignment with operational goals.
  • Monitor Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) related to productivity, quality, and field discipline to assess operational effectiveness.
  • Compile analytical reports for management addressing operational workflows, potential issues, and proposed solutions.
  • Oversee the recruitment, training, and assessment processes for project personnel, ensuring the development of a high-performing team.
  • Collaborate with technical teams to ensure the integration of digital platforms utilized in monitoring operations.
