Operations Manager

• Oversee end-to-end daily operations including logistics, order dispatching, warehouse coordination, and reporting.
• Manage inventory levels, track stock movement, and coordinate timely restocking to avoid shortages.
• Handle supplier, manufacturer, and vendor coordination to ensure smooth production and replenishment cycles.
• Manage courier/3PL partners, monitor delivery performance, and resolve issues related to delays, RTOs, and lost shipments.
• Oversee returns and exchanges, ensuring smooth workflows and positive customer experience.
• Utilize Shopify for order processing, product updates, store management, and operational oversight.
• Use advanced Google Sheets skills for KPI tracking, data analysis, and creating operational reports.
• Identify operational bottlenecks, implement process improvements, and optimize costs across logistics, packaging, and warehousing.
• Collaborate with customer support and internal teams to resolve operational queries and maintain high service levels.
• Strong experience working in D2C-focused brands.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹32,000.00 per month
