 Key Responsibilities:

 Oversee project delivery across all projects, ensuring they are executed safely, on schedule, and within budget.

 Strengthen client relationships and support business growth, acting as a key interface with clients &amp; developers.

 Key Requirements:

 Arabic-speaking is mandatory.
 </li>
 <li>
 25+ years total experience, with 10+ years in a leadership position.
 </li>
 <li>
 Previous experience overseeing building projects worth over a minimum of AED 1 billion.
 </li>
