Hiring for one of the leading stock brokerage house in Pakistan.

About the Role:

We are seeking an experienced Manager Operations to lead our operations team in a fast-paced Pakistani stock brokerage firm. The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of the firm, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements, and driving process improvements to enhance efficiency and customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage the operations team, including recruitment, training, and performance management
• Oversee trade execution, settlement, and reconciliation processes
• Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements, including SECP, PSX, and CDC regulations
• Develop and implement policies and procedures to mitigate operational risks
• Monitor and report on key performance indicators (KPIs) and metrics
• Identify areas for process improvement and implement changes to enhance efficiency and customer satisfaction
• Collaborate with other departments, including trading, sales, and compliance, to ensure alignment and resolve issues
• Manage relationships with banks, custodians, and other external stakeholders
• Oversee the implementation of new products and services
• Ensure the accuracy and integrity of data and reports

Requirements:

• MBA/Master's degree in Business Administration, Finance, or a related field
• Minimum 5 years of experience in operations, preferably in a stock brokerage firm
• Strong knowledge of Pakistani capital markets, regulations, and industry practices
• Proven track record of managing teams and improving operational efficiency
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and other relevant software
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines
