Operations Manager

We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Operations Manager to lead our valet parking services in the UAE. This pivotal role involves overseeing daily operations, ensuring exceptional customer service, and driving operational efficiency within a fast-paced hospitality environment.

Responsibilities:

- Manage and coordinate daily valet parking operations to ensure smooth and efficient service delivery.

- Lead and motivate a team of valet attendants, providing training and performance feedback to uphold high service standards.

- Develop and implement operational policies and procedures to enhance customer satisfaction and optimize resource utilization.

- Monitor service quality and customer feedback to identify areas for improvement and execute corrective actions.

- Collaborate with hospitality partners and clients to align service offerings with their expectations and requirements.

- Ensure compliance with safety and security regulations related to vehicle handling and parking.

- Prepare and manage budgets, control costs, and report on operational performance to senior management.

- Utilize technology and management tools to streamline operations and improve overall efficiency.

Required Skills -

- Proven experience as an Operations Manager or similar role within the valet parking or hospitality industry.

- Strong leadership skills with the ability to inspire and manage a diverse team.

- Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities in a fast-paced environment.

- Exceptional customer service orientation with a passion for quality and attention to detail.

- Good understanding of safety and security regulations in valet services.

- Proficiency in operational management software and MS Office Suite.

- Ability to analyze data and generate actionable insights for continuous improvement.

- Fluent in English; knowledge of Arabic is a plus.

- Strong communication and interpersonal skills to build relationships with clients and team members.

- Relevant educational background in Hospitality Management, Business Administration, or related field is preferred.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: AED12,000.00 per month
