Job Description:
The Wellness Shop is looking for an experienced and proactive Operations Manager to oversee daily e-commerce operations, logistics, and warehouse management. The ideal candidate should have strong experience in D2C/e-commerce order processing, inventory control, dispatch operations, courier coordination, and vendor management.

Key Responsibilities:

· Manage end-to-end e-commerce operations including order processing, packaging, and dispatch.

· Oversee warehouse activities: inventory planning, stock accuracy, GRN, FIFO, and storage optimization.

· Coordinate with courier partners, 3PL agencies, and internal teams to ensure smooth logistics and timely deliveries.

· Monitor daily operational KPIs — TAT, dispatch accuracy, and inventory health.

· Implement process improvements to enhance operational efficiency.

· Supervise and train warehouse & logistics staff for productivity and compliance.

· Handle return orders, QC checks, and reverse logistics.

· Ensure adherence to safety, hygiene, and operational SOPs.

Requirements:

· Minimum 2–4 years of experience in e-commerce, logistics, or warehouse operations.

· Strong knowledge of D2C operations, inventory management systems & courier platforms.

· Excellent leadership, problem-solving, and communication skills.

· Ability to manage a team and work in a fast-paced environment.
