🚀 We’re Hiring | Operations Manager – Domestic Banking Process

📍 Location: Mohali

⏳ Joining: Immediate Joiners Preferred

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage end-to-end operations for the domestic banking process

• Drive KPIs including productivity, quality, CSAT, and compliance

• Lead, mentor, and develop Team Leaders and frontline teams

• Ensure adherence to SLAs, internal policies, and regulatory guidelines

• Collaborate with stakeholders to implement process improvements

• Prepare and present performance reports to senior management

Eligibility Criteria:

• Minimum 8–10 years of experience in BPO/Contact Center operations

• Strong exposure to Domestic Banking / BFSI processes

• Excellent people management and client handling skills

• Strong analytical, communication, and decision-making abilities

• Immediate joiners or short notice candidates preferred
