We are looking for a detail-oriented Operations Manager to handle all office-based operational activities and approval coordination for our construction company. The candidate will support management by handling approvals, documentation, coordination, and day-to-day office operations.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Handle all office-related operational and administrative activities
  • Coordinate with site teams through phone/email for approvals and documentation
  • Prepare, review, and maintain construction-related documents and reports
  • Follow up on pending approvals and ensure timely closure
  • Assist in procurement documentation and vendor coordination (office-based)
  • Maintain proper records, files, and approval trackers
  • Ensure compliance with company policies and procedure.

Requirements & Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in any discipline (Civil / Construction knowledge preferred)
  • Experience in office operations or approval coordination.
  • Strong follow-up, coordination, and documentation skills
  • Good communication skills
  • Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, Email)

Preferred Skills:

  • 2 to 3 years of experience in handling approvals
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month

  • Chennai, Tamil Nadu: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Preferred)
