The ideal candidate will have an ability to create and maintain an efficient system of operation to support the business needs. The candidate should be comfortable multitasking and working cross-functionally with different business units. The ideal candidate will have previous experience in related fields.

Responsibilities

  • Manage the complete recruitment lifecycle – from sourcing to onboarding
  • Handle specialized hiring for NAPS / NATS / WILP / BVOC / DVOC & Blue Collar roles
  • Partner with department heads for junior to senior-level hiring requirements
  • Source candidates through job portals, referrals, and Naukri
  • Schedule and coordinate interviews, negotiate offers, and ensure smooth onboarding
  • Maintain recruitment MIS in Excel and work efficiently with ATS
  • Focus on reducing attrition and building a strong, long-term talent pipeline



Qualifications


  • 6+ years of experience in a similar role
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office
  • Strong organizational and communication skills
  • Strong ability to multitask
  • Comfort working with multiple groups within business
