Base Salary: $92,000/year
Profit Sharing + Benefits
Estimated Total Compensation: ~$120,000/year

Clean Services Northwest is a family-owned company founded in 1998 with 30 team members and strong, consistent growth. We have targeted growth at 15-20% annually .We are opening a new permanent headquarters in Milwaukie in 2026.

Position Overview

The Operations Manager oversees all field operations, crews, and operational staff. This role is responsible for safety, efficiency, quality control, scheduling, and team performance. You will lead from the front, improve systems, develop people, and work closely with ownership to drive company growth.

Key Responsibilities

Manage daily and weekly scheduling, crews, and equipment
Oversee job execution, quality control, and customer satisfaction
Lead, train, and hold teams accountable to company standards
Serve as escalation point for customer and field issues
Improve operational efficiency, labor utilization, and safety
Develop supervisors and future leaders
Maintain equipment, vehicles, and operational readiness

Proven operations or field leadership experience
Strong communication and problem-solving skills
Ability to manage people, schedules, and multiple projects
Comfortable in a hands-on, fast-paced environment
Commitment to accountability, safety, and team development

Work Expectations

This is not a standard 40-hour role. The Operations Manager sets the tone for performance and culture and is expected to be highly present in the field, especially during onboarding and growth periods.
