Operations Manager

Job Title: Operations Manager

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-focused Operations Manager to oversee our daily functions and ensure the smooth operation of our office and team. The ideal candidate will demonstrate outstanding leadership skills and possess a comprehensive understanding of operations management. This role is vital for enhancing team support and increasing productivity through effective management of resources and personnel.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Supervise daily office activities to ensure all processes run efficiently and effectively.
  • Oversee administrative tasks, including filing, data entry, and maintaining precise records.
  • Assist in the hiring process of new or potential candidates.
  • Supervise all staff members in the Pheonix area
  • Use ADP to ensure accurate payroll processing and timely compensation for staff.
  • Rapport building with existing and future clients
  • Networking to build and secure future contracts

Required Skills:

  • Demonstrated experience in a management role.
  • Strong clerical skills with a keen eye for detail to ensure accurate record-keeping.
  • Ability to manage calendars effectively, prioritizing tasks as needed.
  • Exceptional organizational skills with the capability to multitask in a dynamic environment.
  • Familiarity with accounting software is a plus.

Pay: $45,000.00 - $65,000.00 per year
