Graphipack is looking for a proactive, highly organized, and responsive Operations Manager to manage daily operations and support our growing business.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage and oversee e-commerce orders from processing to dispatch
• Supervise and coordinate with the production team
• Ensure timely deliveries to key customers
• Maintain operational records and manage labour accounts

Requirements/Qualification:

• Strong communication skills with prompt responsiveness
• Excellent organizational and leadership abilities
• Ability to multitask and meet deadlines effectively
• Experience in operations, logistics, or production (preferred)
• Basic knowledge of accounts/bookkeeping is a plus
