Operations Manager

Jzanus LTD, a leader in healthcare revenue cycle services for over 30 years, is seeking a results-driven Operations Manager to lead a high-impact project and oversee a team of analysts. This role is ideal for a hands-on leader who thrives in a fast-paced healthcare environment and can independently manage workflows, reporting, and client communication.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage daily operations of assigned teams within the department
• Supervise, mentor, and support staff performance
• Track, prioritize, and resolve open items across projects
• Create and maintain reports using Excel (intermediate to advanced)
• Analyze data and present insights to department leadership
• Coordinate with IT, Operations, and clients to address issues
• Lead weekly meetings and prepare agendas for client discussions
• Identify trends and recommend process improvements
• Ensure project timelines and deliverables are met

Required Qualifications

• 1–2+ years of inpatient/outpatient medical billing or follow-up experience (hospital or vendor setting)
• 2–3+ years of management experience in a healthcare/medical setting
• Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Word
• Experience with hospital systems (Epic, Meditech, Soarian, Allscripts, etc.)
• Strong organizational and multitasking skills
• Excellent communication (written and verbal)
• Analytical mindset with problem-solving abilities
• Ability to work independently and lead within a team environment

• Schedule: Monday–Friday

Pay: $75,000.00 - $110,000.00 per year
