Operations Manager

Job Overview:
We are seeking an experienced Operations Manager with a strong background in the beauty products industry to lead and optimize our daily operations. The ideal candidate will have excellent market connections, the ability to drive business growth, and proven experience in building and managing high-performing teams.

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee end-to-end operations including procurement, production, warehousing, and distribution
• Manage supply chain processes to ensure timely delivery of beauty and personal care products
• Monitor inventory levels, demand forecasting, and stock replenishment strategies
• Collaborate with sales, marketing, and product development teams to align operational plans with business goals
• Ensure compliance with quality standards, health, and safety regulations specific to cosmetics/FMCG
• Optimize operational costs while maintaining product quality and service levels
• Implement and improve operational processes, systems, and KPIs
• Manage relationships with suppliers, manufacturers, and logistics partners
• Lead, train, and develop operations team members
• Analyze performance data and prepare reports for senior management

Qualifications & Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, or related field
• 5–8+ years of experience in operations, preferably in FMCG or beauty/cosmetics industry
• Strong knowledge of supply chain, inventory management, and distribution networks
• Experience with ERP systems and data analysis tools
• Excellent leadership, problem-solving, and decision-making skills
• Strong communication and stakeholder management abilities
• Knowledge of regulatory standards for beauty/cosmetic products is a plus
