AREA OF RESPONSIBILITY.

Ensure smooth, safe, and efficient day-to-day operations of the shopping mall.

Maintain high standards of cleanliness, functionality, safety, and customer experience across all mall areas.

Oversee facilities management, security, housekeeping, parking, and outsourced service providers.

Ensure compliance with health, safety, fire, civil defense, and regulatory requirements.

Manage operational budgets, cost control, and service level performance.
-
Act as the primary operational liaison between mall management, tenants, vendors, and authorities.

Support asset value protection, tenant satisfaction, and operational continuity.
ACTIVITIES

Monitor and manage daily mall operations to ensure cleanliness, safety, and operational readiness.

Oversee facilities and maintenance activities including HVAC, electrical, fire life safety, elevators, and escalators.

Supervise security operations, emergency preparedness, and incident response.

Manage and evaluate outsourced service providers, ensuring SLA compliance and service quality.

Coordinate operational matters with tenants, including fit-outs, renovations, and issue resolution.

Oversee parking and traffic operations to ensure smooth customer flow.
-
Monitor operational budgets, control costs, and prepare operational reports.

Ensure compliance with regulatory, safety, and mall policy requirements through proper documentation and audits.
ACADEMIC/PROFESSIONAL QUALIFICATION.
• Bachelor’s degree in Facilities Management, Engineering, Business Administration, or related field.
ADDITIONAL QUALIFICATION.
• Strong knowledge of building systems, safety standards, and regulatory requirements.
• Practical knowledge of operational compliance, audits, and incident management.
PROFESSIONAL EXPERIENCE.
• Minimum 5–10 years of progressive experience in mall operations, facilities management, or large commercial / property environments.
• Hands-on experience managing day-to-day operations across facilities, security, housekeeping, parking, and outsourced services.
• Proven experience working with multiple service providers, contractors, and vendors in a high footfall environment.
