Qualifications

• Proven management experience with supervisory responsibilities.
• Strong skills in negotiation, customer service, and employee orientation.
• Experience with interviewing, recruiting, training & development programs.
• Knowledge of payroll systems, bookkeeping practices.
• Excellent organizational skills with the ability to multitask efficiently.
