The Operations Manager oversees the production of goods and/or the delivery of services. They bridge the gap between high-level strategy and daily execution, managing everything from supply chains and budgets to team performance and technological integration.
Key Responsibilities-
Process Optimization: Analyze workflows to identify bottlenecks and implement "Lean" or "Six Sigma" methodologies to improve efficiency.

Financial Oversight: Manage departmental budgets, monitor cash flow, and look for cost-saving opportunities without compromising quality.

Team Leadership: Recruit, train, and mentor staff. They are responsible for maintaining high morale and ensuring the team hits productivity KPIs.

Supply Chain & Inventory: Coordinate with vendors and suppliers to ensure resources are available when needed while minimizing "dead" stock.

Quality Control: Establish and enforce quality standards to ensure the final product or service meets customer expectations.
