Operations Manager

Required Qualifications:

Role Description

GAC is seeking an experienced and results-driven Operations Manager to oversee and manage the company's operational activities across Facility Management Services (FMS), Workforce Solutions, Construction Support, Heavy Vehicle & Equipment Supply, and other service divisions.

The ideal candidate will possess extensive experience within the Construction Industry and Facility Management industry. Demonstrate strong leadership, operational planning, client management, and business development capabilities.

Experience Required:

• 10–15 years of relevant experience
• Minimum 5 years in a managerial role
• Strong knowledge of manpower operations, project execution, and service delivery models
• Prior experience in Facility Management companies within Saudi Arabia or GCC countries is essential

Required Qualifications:

• Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Engineering, Operations Management, or related field.
• Professional certifications in Facility Management or Project Management will be an advantage.
• Strong understanding of FMS operations in GCC markets.
• Excellent leadership and communication skills.
• Strong knowledge of Microsoft Office and ERP systems.
