Senior International Operations Manager

Key Responsibilities:

International Operations Leadership:
Oversee daily business operations including international coordination, service delivery management, operational planning, and performance monitoring across multiple business functions.

Strategic Planning:
Develop and implement operational strategies that improve business efficiency, strengthen international partnerships, and support sustainable organizational growth.

Team Leadership:
Lead and mentor operational managers, project coordinators, business support teams, and administrative personnel. Conduct performance reviews and support employee development initiatives.

Business Development Support:
Support international business expansion initiatives, partnership development activities, and operational improvements that strengthen organizational competitiveness.

Stakeholder Coordination:
Collaborate with executive leadership, international clients, vendors, corporate partners, and internal departments to align operational goals and strategic priorities.

Performance Monitoring:
Track operational KPIs, workflow efficiency, client satisfaction metrics, and service performance indicators while supporting continuous operational improvement initiatives.

Compliance and Risk Management:
Maintain compliance with operational standards, international business regulations, company policies, and risk management procedures across all operations.

What We Are Looking For:

Experience:
6+ years of experience in international operations, business management, trade operations, or corporate services leadership, including at least 1-2 years in a senior management role.

Leadership Skills:
Strong experience managing cross-functional teams, coordinating international business activities, and maintaining high standards of operational performance and service delivery.

Industry Knowledge:
Deep understanding of international business operations, trade coordination, process optimization, and organizational development strategies.

Technical Skills:
Proficiency in operational reporting platforms, CRM systems, project management tools, workflow software, and Microsoft Office applications.

Communication Skills:
Excellent English communication skills are required for executive reporting, stakeholder coordination, and international business collaboration. Additional language skills are considered an advantage.

Mindset:
You are analytical, organized, and solution-oriented. You understand how to balance operational efficiency, strategic priorities, and client expectations while leading teams in fast-moving international business environments.

Pay: QAR17,000.00 - QAR23,000.00 per month
