Pro-Tek Electrical & Lighting is a growing electrical contractor specializing in HOA communities, commercial properties, lighting maintenance, and electrical service work throughout Southern California. We are looking for a highly organized and experienced Operations Manager to oversee our daily service operations, technician scheduling, customer communications, and project coordination. This position is critical to the success of our company and offers a unique opportunity to help drive growth while working alongside ownership.

What You'll Be Responsible ForService Operations

· Manage daily operations for electrical service and lighting maintenance divisions

· Schedule and dispatch field technicians using ServiceTitan

· Monitor technician productivity, route efficiency, and job completion

· Coordinate emergency service requests and prioritize customer issues

· Review work orders for accuracy, profitability, and completeness

Customer Management

· Serve as the primary point of contact for HOA managers, property managers, and commercial clients

· Provide job updates and communicate project schedules

· Ensure customer requests are handled promptly and professionally

· Maintain long-term customer relationships and satisfaction

Team Leadership

· Lead, support, and hold field technicians accountable

· Conduct daily coordination meetings as needed

· Assist with hiring, onboarding, and performance management

· Develop efficient workflows and operational processes

Financial & Administrative Oversight

· Review invoices, material costs, labor hours, and job profitability

· Assist with proposal preparation and estimating support

· Coordinate material procurement and inventory requirements

· Monitor operational KPIs and performance metrics

Qualifications

· Minimum 3 years of operations management, service management, dispatching, or project management experience

· Experience working for an electrical contractor and or lighting contractor.

· Experience using ServiceTitan or comparable field service software

· Strong organizational and time-management skills

· Excellent communication and customer service abilities

· Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment

· Proficient with Microsoft Office and Google Workspace

Preferred Qualifications

· Electrical contracting experience

· HOA maintenance experience

· Commercial service experience

· Knowledge of electrical troubleshooting and service workflows

· Experience reviewing proposals, invoices, and work orders

· Previous experience managing technicians and field personnel
