We are seeking a highly organized and proactive Operations Manager / Operations Officer with an architectural background to support the execution of interior fit-out, finishing, and construction projects. The ideal candidate will coordinate between site teams, suppliers, subcontractors, designers, consultants, and management to ensure smooth project delivery, timely execution, and compliance with quality standards. This role requires strong coordination skills, technical understanding of architectural drawings, and hands-on experience in project follow-up and site operations. Similar roles in fit-out and construction commonly emphasize multi-stakeholder coordination, project tracking, documentation, and quality control.


Roles and Responsibilities:

  • Coordinate daily operations across multiple fit-out and finishing projects.
  • Follow up on project schedules, progress reports, and site activities.
  • Assist in planning manpower, materials, equipment, and subcontractor activities.
  • Coordinate with architects, engineers, consultants, suppliers, and clients.
  • Review drawings, specifications, and project documents for execution requirements.
  • Track material procurement, delivery schedules, and site requirements.
  • Prepare and maintain project documentation, reports, and meeting minutes.
  • Monitor project milestones and highlight delays or risks to management.
  • Ensure compliance with project quality standards and company procedures.
  • Support project managers in achieving project objectives within budget and schedule.
  • Coordinate inspections, approvals, and project handover activities.
  • Maintain communication between office and site teams to ensure efficient workflow.



Qualifications

Required:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Architecture or a related field.
  • 2–5 years of experience in fit-out, interior finishing, construction, or project coordination.
  • Strong understanding of architectural drawings and construction details.
  • Experience in commercial, office, retail, hospitality, or industrial fit-out projects.
  • Proficiency in AutoCAD and Microsoft Office.
  • Familiarity with project management tools is an advantage.
  • Excellent organizational, communication, and coordination skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and work under pressure.
  • Preferred exposure to interior fit-out projects, finishing works, joinery coordination, MEP coordination, site execution, procurement coordination, and subcontractor management.
