Who We Are
Houston Rolling Restrooms is a premium portable sanitation and jobsite support company based in Pasadena, TX, serving the Houston metro and Gulf Coast. We rent restroom trailers, shower trailers, cooldown and lunchroom trailers, and mobile office trailers, and provide water delivery, waste pumping, and janitorial services. Our clients include construction firms, industrial companies, refineries, weddings, venues, and events. We have grown consistently for 18 months and plan to double revenue in each of the next two years by opening new yards across Texas.
The Opportunity
In this role, you will serve as a right-hand to the owner to run and systematize operations, and strengthen customer relationships.The first four months will focus on systematizing Yard 1. As the company grows with more units and more locations, your role, responsibilities, and compensation will grow with it.
The Role
A hands-on, high-ownership role. Expect roughly 60% office work and 40% field or yard work at first. The office side covers customer relationships, phone coverage, scheduling, routing, and sales. The field side covers learning the trailers inside and out, performing pickups and deliveries when needed, and handling basic repairs yourself. Over time, as the team grows around you, the balance shifts further toward office work: managing people, owning customer relationships, and leading expansion to new yards.
Comfort on the phone is non-negotiable. You will be talking to customers, prospects, and partners every day. Our customers often need us outside standard business hours. You will not be needed every weekend, but occasional weekend availability is required, especially during busier seasons.
What You Will Own
What Success Looks Like in the First 90 Days
You understand the fleet, the yard, the service process, and the customer base. Drivers are routed clearly and daily work is tracked. Short-term rentals are closed and coordinated without the owner being the bottleneck. Customer calls are answered professionally and followed up quickly. Basic trailer issues are identified, delegated, or repaired.
Who We Are Looking For
This Is Not the Right Fit If
You want a purely desk-based management role. You are not comfortable answering customer calls. You avoid hands-on equipment, yard, or field issues. You need a fixed 9-to-5 with no occasional after-hours or weekend involvement. You prefer maintaining a system over building one. You do not have a clean driving record or cannot pass a drug test.
