You will be the primary point of contact between the Vadodara team and the Melbourne director, and will be expected to operate with a high degree of autonomy, ownership, and initiative. This role is ideal for a hands-on leader who thrives in a fast-paced, growth-stage environment and has experience managing remote sales or BPO operations serving international markets.

  • Work with the Melbourne director to refine scripts, objection-handling, and closing techniques
  • Implement and track commission structures and bonus payouts for closers

2. Business Operations & Administration

  • Oversee admin coordinators handling job bookings, customer follow-ups, and post-sale documentation
  • Ensure compliance with Solar Victoria, NETCC, and CEC documentation requirements

  • Coordinate with Melbourne on DNSP applications (AusNet, Powercor, United Energy)
  • Maintain and improve SOPs for all operational workflows

3. Technology & Systems

  • Manage VoIP telephony platform (3CX / VoIPLine / Aircall) and ensure call quality and uptime
  • Coordinate with IT and vendors for system integrations and troubleshooting
  • Maintain data integrity, reporting accuracy, and team compliance with CRM entry standards

4. People Management & Culture

  • Recruit, onboard, and train new inside sales and admin staff in collaboration with the director
  • Conduct performance reviews, manage PIPs, and handle day-to-day HR matters
  • Foster a high-accountability, high-energy team culture aligned to Voltaris values
  • Serve as the senior escalation point for team issues, disputes, and operational blockers

5. Reporting & Strategy

  • Prepare weekly operational reports for the Melbourne director covering sales volume, pipeline health, team performance, and operational risks
  • Proactively identify process gaps and propose improvements
  • Assist with hiring plans, capacity planning, and cost modelling as the team scales
